I understood that my electricity prices would be dropping, I have checked my last bill for February with January and the unit rates have not changed. I was also told by a person answering the phone at your call centre that now I have gone to paperless billing, direct debit etc he has put me onto the best tariff I could have, so when does my electricity price go down? Nothing changed as yet

as a result of a lack of interest by you i am now going to leave british gas and e-on energy said that my electric with them would cost £33.00 yours is £45.00 so i think your losing out there

i hope i get an answer soon as i may think about changing my supplier as i dont think it right that my electric goes up and u put an advert on saying that u have dropped the prices please email me on the above as i would like to know soon so i can sort it out

hello, we are with british gas, with the electric side and you say in your advert that you have drop the prices. However, you havent in our case, you have put it up. What is going on, can you get in contact with me and tell me why. thank you, d j ayres
