Have just perused all listed comments and agree 100 per cent with them all. I cannot believe that this company’s management, in view of complaints for almost a year now, have not allowed existing customers this Line Saver facility. Get your act together !

From the BT Customer replies regarding the total lack of consideration and respect for customers by BT Senior Management we are simpy a milch cow. Even the Dividends on BT shares are abysmal.
