I odered 4 Xmas gifts on-line. 3 arrived safely but the 4th has ,as I write, not arrived. This is deeply disappointing as one sister was left without a gift. ordered 16/12/12 white wine & swiss chocolate truffles order ID on reply. I would appreciate a rapid response. I refer to my order before Christmas 2012, reference no 20328609914—— for a Christmas rose and lily bouquet including vase and Swiss chocolates sent to a friend who had just undergone a serious surgical operation. I was told that next day delivery was not possible but that it would definitely be delivered on the 24th December. Delivery was actually made late 28th December…making my present somewhat “invalid”…. I am so disappointed, you have no idea. I have lost my confidence in your service, sorry!
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mum on Saturday 9th march after 4 phone calls it was eventually delivered on the 10th. Not happy as this was the first and last time I will be using M&S.

I bought two 5′ Duvet Sets Feb 2013 one sent was 6′ returned to store re-ordered next time pillowcase faulty. Very poor service three £2 parking fees three trips to town not good!!!
