Before joining your premium club could you tell me what extra costs would be involved regarding the world wide travel insurance as I have an ICD inplant.(This unit has not gone off in last two years and only then when my hospital found adjustments needed to be made to the settings). Hi Nigel, You will need to join the premium club first and then ask for cover of this condition, however, you may find that pre-existing conditions are not included as per most medial policies. When you apply through our link you will be asked when you apply for the premium club at Marks and Spencers for details of your condition and M&S will then let you know if it can be included in your travle insurance policy. Remember, you have a cancellation period so if you are not happy you can cancel your membership with MandS. I hope this helps you.

Once you are in to the Waitrose entertain food section of the Waitrose website, just click through the Online Groceries section near the left hand top of the screen and once you click through the online grocery tab you will see all the Delia and Heston recipes and special offers for ingredients, etc you require. As a member of the Premium Club I wonder if someone could explain the thinking behind NOT including insurance cover for coeliac disease, but allowing nut allergy (and others) which are far more likely to present problems.
Can you tell me if the premim club travel insurance covers any “worldwide” cruise cover, it does not appear to mention this in the summary of cover, subject to the max 45 days?
I joined your premium only just over a week ago. Received your welcome pack whilst I was in hospital - delighted. However I was dismayed on my first shopping trip to M & S to find that the £10.00 voucher had already expired! WHY? PLease forward me your address as I would like to return it. I wish I hadn’t committed for a year. I urge Premium Club members to read the date on any vouchers they may receive (this was less than one week). I would like to understand………….
