I joined your premium only just over a week ago. Received your welcome pack whilst I was in hospital - delighted. However I was dismayed on my first shopping trip to M & S to find that the £10.00 voucher had already expired! WHY? PLease forward me your address as I would like to return it. I wish I hadn’t committed for a year. I urge Premium Club members to read the date on any vouchers they may receive (this was less than one week). I would like to understand………….

Can you tell me if the premim club travel insurance covers any “worldwide” cruise cover, it does not appear to mention this in the summary of cover, subject to the max 45 days?

As a member of the Premium Club I wonder if someone could explain the thinking behind NOT including insurance cover for coeliac disease, but allowing nut allergy (and others) which are far more likely to present problems.

You need to choose the premium club option under M&S Money link at the top of the homepage or any other page of the M&S Summer Sale website. Hope this helps you join the M&S premium club online today.

When I click on “the orange link button” this takes me to furniture deptt. This, I can see, is the complaint of others also. I went to Homepage but there was no M&S.com/premiumclub. Can you help. I want to join premium club but such hicups puts one off.
