Have tried and tried and tried to book annual central heating service no can do what very poor website for such a large company oh dear oh dear oh dear. Come on Scottish Gas get your finger out - we pay you lots of money and expect a better service!

i cant even get on to book my service and why all the reminders this year they never done this before are they scared we might jump ship
Scottish Gas installed my boiler last year and it repeatedly shut itself off leaving me without hot water or heating. I am still waiting for this to be rectified when I received an “offer” to sort this problem at a cost of £114.00. You are having a laugh and I have taken my case to Trading Standards.
Have tried all week to get a link to book a service. what is wrong with these people. Some years it is Jan/Feb and now its October. I am paying a lot of money for this including drains cover and electrics cover. Electrics have been checked once in goodness knows how many years.
What is the point, of putting on your letter ( re : booking our annual service ) that I can book a two hour slot, when I patiently cannot do so. In fact there does not appear to be such a website. The above requests, in fact “Mail” – it does not refer to electronic mail. NOT GOOD!
If you cut and paste scottishgas.co.uk/boilerrepair, this should get you where you need to be to fill in the form. I did this and it took me 5 mins to get a time slot, which surprised me after reading so many negative reviews

I too am astounded by such a rubbish service / web site. I don’t think Scottish Gas internet site can really offer a 2 hour slot booking online if they haven’t reacted to these comments after so long!

after a half hour searching, unable to find the website ’scottishgas.co.uk/booking - it obviously doesn’t exist!went via the british gas site;- ‘unable to accept’!.The ‘annual service’ reminder is always late; so much so that over the years, it is now 3 months later compared with the initial date.
Have tried this site since April, received a reminder (by post), tried again, where are you?
