I ended up phoning this morning and speaking to a nice gentleman who put me through to ISAT, who could not be bothered with me or my order as it would not be placed until the weekend. I then tried having my questions answered on the internet, but advisor told me to phone as I lived in a flat. I then spoke to another nice person who put me through to Custom TV. There quote was completely different from ISAT and they got quite grumpy when I queried the cost. I then tried phoning back as all I want is a couple of simple questions answered and spoke to Mr Officious, who completely wound me up and by now I was getting really cheesed off with just wanting some information, not too much to ask for, before I go ahead and order SKY. Obviously you do not want the custom and the information I required was: Sky package (not HD) Multi Room Option (box in lounge and bedroom, and the flat has connection box for Satelite 1 and Satelite 2 Connections.) Broadband 10mgb Landline rental. Unlimited free phone calls anytime. Variety Pack Sports 1 pack. How much will it cost to instal, monthly thereafter and also will I get two satelite boxes for lounge and bedroom.
