I introduced a friend in order to receive the free iPod and it has been like trying to get blood out of a stone. Sky’s customer service is non existent (unless you are trying to buy something). I was originally told 30 days for the iPod to arrive, then 45 and now 65 days later they tell me its out of stock and its going to be another 14-21 days. Avoid Sky go with Virgin!!!!
