You have several sites displayed when m&s.com/activate is entered but there is nowhere to “easily” activate a new or replacement card. There are 8 derogatory remarks logged but you don’t seem to respond? Relates to Marksandspencer.com/activate

I have also had 3 attempts to register and then activate my new card online. Each time I get a notice that I have entered the wrong details. I have tried all of the variations that I can think of and now the site will not let me progress. this means I have to wait to 9.00 am to activate it by phone, but I need it before then to pay a bill. The site doesn’t seem to work. I use IT every day as part of my job, so I don’t think that it is me being unintelligent, but you never know…
I agree this is hopeless. All I want to do is pay a credit card payment and can’t begin to find out how.

Tried to pay my M&S Mastercard on line - RUBBISH. Impossible to figure it out!! Ulsterbank Visa extremely simple - one phone call. I have now to make a visit to the store to pay it

I agree with all the comments above - ridiculus - why do you tell us on our statements that we can ‘view our monthly statements at the touch of a button’ when this is UNTRUE. I also tried to subscribe to newsletter and that got me nowhere so please cancel that for me. Please take note of my complaint and all the others you have received!
