I find it is impossible to pay my M&S credit card account online. Now I have to pay in store. What a nuisance. Please sort this money web site out.

Tried to pay my M&S Mastercard on line - RUBBISH. Impossible to figure it out!! Ulsterbank Visa extremely simple - one phone call. I have now to make a visit to the store to pay it

I have also had 3 attempts to register and then activate my new card online. Each time I get a notice that I have entered the wrong details. I have tried all of the variations that I can think of and now the site will not let me progress. this means I have to wait to 9.00 am to activate it by phone, but I need it before then to pay a bill. The site doesn’t seem to work. I use IT every day as part of my job, so I don’t think that it is me being unintelligent, but you never know…
